Foundation & Launch

The foundation and launch phase focuses on establishing the initial groundwork for NextGPU while introducing and engaging the community and early users.

Brand identity and launch collateral

Conduct thorough competitive and industry research to finalize NextGPU's brand identity and ensure we deliver the right message. This will be followed by creating launch-related collateral, including the website, documentation, social accounts, and other necessary designs.

$NGPU token launch

Launch NextGPU's native ecosystem token, $NGPU, on the Ethereum blockchain using a fair launch method.

Early NextGPU desktop application for local AI

Release an alpha build of the NextGPU desktop application with limited functionality, including the ability to run open-source LLMs and image generation models through local GPU orchestration. The UI/UX will be optimized based on user feedback, and any issues that arise will be addressed.

Initial workflow features

Introduce workflows and release a single example showing how workflows can be integrated into the NextGPU application.

Awareness and community growth campaign

Build the community through initial marketing, spread awareness, and host contests to boost engagement.
